Best GamePad/Board

Hey guys,
Ive been playin online games alot on my pc and I want to upgrade my game board (I currently have the Ideazon Fang), I was looking at the Logitech G13(as i already have the G15) because of its 15 programable keys...I also was looking at the Belkin N52TE because although it only has 8 programable keys (i mainly play FPS so thats not a problem) it does have an interesting design that puts the hand in a good position (or so ive heard) It is also developed by Razer wich is a plus... so I was wondering if you guys had any imput on the game board, either the ones i mentioned or a better one... price range is preferably less than $70.
